List cards

Every card on the account: the person's connected cards first (source own), then issued cards (source issued).

visa or mastercard.

last4string

expstring

The expiry as MM/YY.

labelstring

The card's label: the cardholder's on a connected card, card_name on an issued one.

holder_namestring

Connected cards only. The name on the card.

statusstring

active on a connected card; the issuer status on an issued one.

single_useboolean

Issued cards only.

spend_limitnumber

Issued cards only. The cap in dollars.

spentnumber

Issued cards only. Dollars charged so far.

request_idstring

The request id, also in the X-Mooj-Request-Id header.
