Remove a connected card

Remove a connected card (source own) and withdraw any purchase waiting on it. An issued card is closed with POST /v1/cards/{id}/close instead.

Errors

Status	Code	When
404	`card_not_found`	No connected card with that id. An issued card is closed with `POST /v1/cards/{id}/close`.
502	`remove_failed`	The card could not be removed. Retry.
